1 answer. 'Transmission Fluid' in a manual transmission vehicle is called 'gearbox oil'. On the gearbox, there is a drain plug in the bottom somewhere and a fill plug on the side. You drain, clean the drain plug, replace the copper washer and put the drain plug back in.
