Ithink HD has LAN without internet. I might be wrong. DE needing internet is for piracy/DRM reasons. It used to be very common in the "internet cafe" days for people to use a copy on multiple computers. You could try to do mobile hotspot to get internet temp and setup lan. I dont know if its as simple as i put it though.
